Shipping & Returns

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are packaged discreetly, with no reference to the product or its contents. Orders placed on business days are processed within 48 hours. Weekend orders are shipped on the next business day.

Worldwide Shipping & Import Responsibility
We ship internationally through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

For Personal Use Only
Our rapid test kits are intended strictly for personal use and are not for resale, distribution, or commercial purposes. Orders should be placed only for private, individual use in accordance with local laws.

Confidential Billing
To maintain your confidentiality, your billing statement will show “Remedium” without any reference to the nature of your purchase.

Phone Number Required for Shipping Only
A phone number is required by shipping carriers to ensure successful delivery. We will never contact you by phone or use your number for marketing.


Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing window: Online orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day. (T&C §6.3)
  • Cut-off & carrier handover: Same-day handover is not guaranteed. If your order is placed after our daily carrier cut-off, it will hand over on the next business day. (T&C §4.2, §6.4)
  • Risk transfer: Risk passes to the recipient upon carrier handover. (T&C §6.5)

Estimated Transit Times

Transit time begins after carrier acceptance scan (not at label creation). Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control do not entitle customers to compensation. (T&C §4.2–4.4, §6.2)

  • Domestic (where available): 1–5 business days depending on service level.
  • International: Typically 5–14 business days, excluding customs clearance time.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: The ship date is not counted as a transit day. Example: Thursday shipments typically arrive Monday; Friday shipments typically arrive Tuesday.
  • PO Boxes: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided, we will ship via USPS or another postal service, which may add a short manual-processing delay.
  • Shipping fees: Non-refundable once a label is created, including in cases of carrier delay. (T&C §6.2)

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once the label is created. Some carriers may take several hours to show the first scan.
  • If tracking shows “Label Created” for more than 2 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs inspections can add time to delivery. Any import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or handling charges are the recipient’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges or local restrictions, refunds (if eligible) will exclude shipping and any return costs. (T&C §6.1–6.2)

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before processing: You may cancel if the order has not entered processing or label creation. (T&C §8.1)
  • After processing/label creation: We can no longer cancel or edit the address; please contact the carrier for in-transit options where available.

Returns & Refunds

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we maintain a strict returns policy in line with our Terms & Conditions. (T&C §8)

  1. Return window: You may request a return within 7 working days of receipt, subject to written approval (RMA). (T&C §8.2)
  2. Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging. Opened medical test kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. (T&C §8.2–8.3)
  3. How to request: Email us with your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that the items are unopened. We’ll provide RMA instructions and the return address.
  4. Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return postage and remains liable for the goods until delivered to our facility. We recommend a tracked service. (T&C §8.4)
  5. Refunds: Upon inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days, excluding original shipping costs. (T&C §8.5)
  6. Damaged/incorrect items: Please report within 30 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item; we’ll assist with a replacement or resolution. (T&C §8.8)
  7. Suitability & storage: Products meet general quality standards at shipment. It’s the customer’s responsibility to assess suitability and ensure proper storage/handling; warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper storage, tampering, or external damage. (T&C §8.6–8.7)

Important Legal Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not binding deadlines. (T&C §4.2, §6.2)
  • We may choose the delivery method unless otherwise agreed in writing. (T&C §6.4)
  • These policies are governed by the laws of Singapore; disputes are subject to the competent courts of Singapore. (T&C §12.1–12.2)
  • STD Rapid Test Kits is a brand of Remedium, registered in Singapore (UEN 201719571G). (T&C §12.4)
