- General Provisions
1.1 - These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions, communications (verbal, written, or digital), and agreements between you (the “Customer”) and STD Rapid Test Kits, a brand of Remedium, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
1.2 - Any terms or conditions proposed by the Customer that deviate from these are rejected unless accepted by us in writing.
1.3 - If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that reflects its original purpose as closely as possible.
1.4 - If there is ambiguity in interpretation or a situation not addressed herein, the matter will be interpreted in line with the spirit and intent of these Terms. - Definitions
• Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products or services from STD Rapid Test Kits.
• Diagnostic Tools: In vitro diagnostic (IVD) products in the form of STD rapid test kits, intended for personal, non-commercial use.
• Business Gifts: Items provided for goodwill purposes in professional relationships, subject to separate approval. - Offers and Agreements
3.1 - All offers, including website listings and quotes, are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 - A purchase agreement is only formed when explicitly confirmed by us in writing.
3.3 - If an order differs from our confirmation, the terms of our confirmation will prevail.
3.4 - All prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
3.5 - We are not liable for clerical errors, typographical mistakes, or obvious mispricing.
3.6 - Pricing in combined offers does not imply proportional pricing for partial deliveries.
3.7 - Prices do not carry forward to future transactions unless confirmed in writing. - Fulfillment and Delivery
4.1 - We reserve the right to suspend fulfillment if we reasonably doubt the Customer’s financial condition.
4.2 - Delivery timelines are estimates and not binding deadlines. In case of delay, a written notice must be provided, allowing us reasonable time to fulfill.
4.3 - We are not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
4.4 - In cases of force majeure, obligations may be suspended temporarily or permanently without liability. - Communication
5.1 - We are not responsible for damages resulting from communication failures due to internet, system errors, or other disruptions beyond our control. - Shipping & Risk
6.1 - We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
6.2 - Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays do not entitle Customers to compensation.
6.3 - Online orders will be shipped within 48 hours during business days unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 - We reserve the right to determine the delivery method unless agreed in writing.
6.5 - Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the delivery party (e.g., courier, postal service, or recipient proxy). - Payments
7.1 - Full payment is required before shipment unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7.2 - For approved Business Gifts, payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
7.3 - Late payments are subject to interest charges: the legal interest rate for consumer transactions, or 2.5% per month for commercial transactions.
7.4 - Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or other options listed at checkout. - Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
8.1 - Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
8.2 - Products may be returned within 7 working days of receipt, subject to written approval, and only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
8.3 - Custom, personalized, or opened medical test kits that have been opened are non-refundable.
8.4 - Return shipping is the Customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damages during return transit.
8.5 - Approved returns will be refunded within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.
8.6 - Products are deemed compliant with general quality standards at the time of shipment; it is the Customer’s responsibility to determine product suitability.
8.7 - Warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper storage, tampering, or damage from external causes.
8.8 - All claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. No liability will be accepted after this period. - Ownership and Intellectual Property
9.1 - Goods remain the property of Remedium until full payment has been received.
9.2 - All intellectual property rights remain with Remedium or its licensors. No rights are transferred to the Customer. - Force Majeure
10.1 - We are entitled to suspend or terminate agreements in whole or in part in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport interruptions, supplier failure, pandemics, or regulatory changes. - Use of STD Rapid Test Kits
11.1 - Our diagnostic tools are STD rapid test kits intended solely for personal, at-home screening purposes.
11.2 - These kits are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.
11.3 - Results are for informational use only. Individuals should consult with a healthcare provider for confirmation, follow-up testing, and medical guidance.
11.4 - Users are responsible for how the results are interpreted and for any actions taken based on those results. - Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 - These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
12.2 - Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Singapore.
12.3 - These Terms & Conditions are written in English and prevail in case of translation discrepancies.
12.4 - STD Rapid Test Kits is a brand of Remedium, registered in Singapore under number 201719571G
