Remedium shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including, but not limited to, injury, property damage, contamination, or adverse health outcomes, arising out of or related to the use or misuse of its IVD tools or materials. This applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed. In all cases, Remedium’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.
