1) All return products, by standard operating procedure, must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and the return is to be approved by management.
2) All products are not returnable after 7 days from the date received.
3) Items returned for credit must be in the original package (unmarked and unopened), must be unexpired, have been stored and handled properly.
4) Drop Shipments, special orders, special stock and opened products are not returnable or refundable unless the reason for the return results from a manufacturer defect, in which STDrapidtestkits has had the opportunity to replace and a formal complaint has been made, a complaint number assigned, investigated and confirmed by the Quality Assurance department that there is indeed a defect.
5) In the event the wrong product is ordered and/or a return is approved, a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
6) International customers are responsible for all returns shipping charges.
7) Refunds are made for test kit(s) value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
8) We are not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of the customer local government as well as other handling fees. Orders returned due to taxes/duties not paid and returned to sender are not eligible for a refund.
