1. Return Instructions
If the customer is not happy with our STD rapid Test Kits, the customer can return it within seven (7) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Please submit here a return request. All returns will be evaluated by our customer service team. The customer need to confirm that his/her personal information is accurate and effective. The customer cooperation and confirmation is required. Refunds are made for test kit(s) value only.
2. Wrong Test Kit(s)
If the customer receive a different test kit(s) from what the customer has ordered, the customer has seven (7) days from the date of receipt to return it. The customer must return the test kit(s) in its original condition complete with all items and manuals included. If the test kit(s) that the customer returned are damaged and/or some items are missing, we reserve the right to retain the customer payment up to 100%. If the customer placed a wrong order, the customer has seven (7) days since the date of the test kit(s) receipt to request a return or to make an exchange. The test kit(s) must be returned in its original condition with all items and manuals included.
3. Defective STD Test Kit(s)
The limited warranty applicable to all test kit(s) bought on stdrapidtestkits.com is 30 days. We offer a 30-days limited warranty to all defective std test kit(s), after we confirmed the test kit(s) are defective.
4. Lost/Out-of-Stock STD rapid test kits(s)
Any test kit(s) are considered lost, if it does not reach the customer address after six (6) weeks of delivery (applicable in the United-States only). After the 6th week, the customer is eligible for a full refund or a re-ship. However, for all international orders, Processing of clearance in customs may cause delays. As for the out-of-stock test kit(s), if customer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock STD rapid test kit and if he has already paid, then the test kit(s) price will be directly reimbursed. If the customer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock test kit(s) and if he/she has chosen to pay by credit card, then the item and the order will be simply cancelled. The credit card will not be charged.
5. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all returns shipping charges. Rules for lost, damaged, and/or wrong item orders are similar as described in Section 2 and 3. Refunds are made for test kit(s) value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of the customer local government as well as other handling fees.
