Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with one or more of our test kits, you can return your order within seven (7) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Please open a support ticket. All returns will be evaluated by our customer service team. All materials from the test kit(s) must be unopened and unused. Refunds are made for the test kit(s) value only, not for the handling and shipping charges.

If you have received the wrong test kit(s), you have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to open a support ticket to let us know.
If you have any issue with our test kits, open a support ticket. We will investigate the matter and solve the issue.
Your order is considered lost, if it does not reach the shipping address within six (6) weeks from the shipping date (applicable in the United-States only). After the 6th week, you are eligible for a full refund or a free re-ship. For all international shipments, the import procedures may cause delays. In the event that a test kit(s) is out-of-stock, we will contact you. If you do not want to wait for an out-of-stock test kit(s) and if the order is already paid, we will cancel the order and reimburse you.
International customers are responsible for all returns shipping charges. Rules for lost, damaged, and/or wrong item orders are similar as described in Section 2 and 3. Refunds are made for test kit(s) value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of the customer local government as well as other handling fees.
